Warranty.

(Please also refer to the warranty statement enclosed with all new bicycles.)

We warrant that our bikes and spares are free from manufacturing defects. In the case of frames and forks this warranty extends for a period of 15 years from date of consumer purchase. In the case of all other items, this period is 12 months. The warranty does not apply to second hand goods, just to the original purchaser.

Our contact details are on this site. If you have a concern or potential claim either contact the dealer or us. It will be necessary for the damaged item to be inspected at the disgression of Gemini Bicycles.

Gemini Bicycles will bear the expense of supplying any replacement item it finds to be defective within the terms set out above. This includes delivery within Australia of any such item.
